Little Fanning Spring

Little Fanning Spring is located within Fanning Springs State Park, approximately 500 ft south of the main spring pool. It flows through wooded terrain and eventually feeds into the Suwannee River. While smaller and shallower than the main vent, it’s hydrologically connected and considered part of the spring system in the park The surrounding area includes picnic lawns, cabins, campgrounds, diving platforms, a nature trail, and rafting access to the Suwannee. Manatees are common visitors during winter months. Water is typically clear but look for water levels below 10 feet for the best chance of clarity.
