Florida spring
Little Blue Spring
Magnitude 4Santa Fe RiverSpring RidgePublic

A secondary spring feature located within Ruth B. Kirby Gilchrist Blue Springs State Park, near the main Gilchrist Blue Spring and other springs along a shaded floodplain trail. It does not serve as a primary swimming area like the main Gilchrist Blue Spring, and there are no dedicated facilities or signage specifically for it. The spring appears as a smaller, clear pool of spring water among cypress trees and floodplain vegetation. At times, historic paths and boardwalk remnants provide access to view it, but swimming is currently not permitted at Little Blue Spring. Visitors instead enjoy it as part of the park’s nature trail network, adding scenic variety to the larger springs experience.
