Naked Spring
Magnitude 4Santa Fe RiverHigh SpringsPublic

One of the six named natural springs within Ruth B. Kirby Gilchrist Blue Springs State Park. The spring issues from a limestone vent into a distinct pool and a submerged spring run that extends roughly 400 ft toward the Santa Fe River, with widths of about 10–15 ft and depths of roughly 1–3 ft in the run. This makes Naked Spring a swimmable, clear spring destination within the park’s network of springs, and it’s popular for swimming, snorkeling, and paddling along with the main Gilchrist Blue Spring and other named vents.
